Phone thief calls cops because victim is following her
Criminal minds are hard to understand. Would you believe if I told you a phone thief would have the guts to call the cops on its victim? That is exactly what happened in Seattle. A man listening to music with his eyes closed got his phone taken by a couple sitting next to him. After the music stopped playing, he noticed them holding the device.
