LG outs specs for the LG G3 Stylus ahead of IFA

LG has a major presence in the works for this year’s IFA conference in Berlin, which kicks off next week. This is not stopping them from announcing and teasing all of their new devices ahead of the big show. Tonight we are treated to the specs list of the LG G3 Stylus.

The G3 Stylus was accidentally leaked a couple weeks back, revealing a device similar in design and size of the full LG G3 flagship phone, just with a dedicated stylus for input. Furthering this, we learn now that the G3 Stylus is what LG calls “a pen-enabled smartphone that offers a large display and many premium user experience (UX) features of the G3 all in a fairly-priced package.”

LG has made the G3 Stylus fairly-priced by taking the LG G3 and performing a few downgrades to get it into the budget/mid-range of devices. The equipped 5.5-inch IPS display is at 960×540 resolution instead of the 2560×1440 of the full G3. You’ll also find 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a 13MP camera on top of a 3000mAh battery, all behind Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
