AT&T may get rid of contracts ending May

AT&T may get rid of contracts ending May

Here’s something for T-Mobile to talk and joke about. It seems AT&T may be following Magenta’s footsteps and getting rid of those pesky 2-year contracts we all hate! At least this is what the latest rumors say.
Our friends at Android Authority have some internal ninja sources who have spilled the beans on a said Project Alice, which is said to take effect by the end of May. This project is said to end service contracts, leaving only the carrier’s Next device installment program alive.
Opinion: I love the new era we are walking into. Let’s face it; carrier contracts are a thing of the past. By the way, let’s take this with a grain of salt. It’s a rumor, after all.
