Noke: the first bluetooth lock
We know nearly anything that shows up on Kickstarter will surprise us. At least the idea will, because some products don’t end up being as amazing as they seem on those fancy videos. Regardless, this is one of the coolest Kickstarter campaigns I have seen in a while.
Enter the Noke, a lock that works via bluetooth. It’s a simple concept, you can press the device and it will try to connect to your smartphone. After a few seconds, it will be unlocked and you are ready to go. No more worrying about losing keys or forgetting combinations.
You can get one by pledging as little as $59. Go get it!
Opinion: Traditional locks haven’t evolved much, making the Noke a neat invention that may be a relief. Especially for forgetful people like me.
